JOINS STAFF OF AZUMANO TRAVEL
PORTLAND, OREGON (March 09, 2005) - Tom Higham, veteran travel professional and Certified Travel Counselor (CTC), has joined the staff of Azumano Travel as a specialist in international and luxury travel at Azumano's flagship office in downtown Portland, Oregon, at 400 SW Fourth Avenue. Higham has been in the travel industry since 1968 and from 1972 until 2003 was owner of Salem Travel in Salem, Oregon. Most recently, Higham was a contributing writer to Treasures of Western Oregon, a coffee-table book that is due out in mid-April and will feature tourism-related businesses. Higham is also an avid musician and a member of the One More Time Around Again Marching Band, the Get A Life Marching Band, the Power Pep Band, the OSU Alumni Marching Band and the OSU Gymnastics Pep Band.
