Officially, I started my travel career in 1979, but I was born into the business. My parents owned travel agencies after my dad's 22 year career with a cruise line ended. I worked for my folks, and other agencies, as marriage and family took me to various west coast locations. After a break from the travel business, I have recently returned to what I love to do most: book travel. I love sending people off to locations of their dreams. It's a happy job. With every booking I learn something new. There are challenges, but for the most part, they are good challenges. It's ever changing, and keeps me on my toes. I lived in Hawaii for a few years, growing up. My mom is from New Zealand, and I have travelled to this beautiful, magical, fun country four times. I have been to the west coast of Mexico numerous times, and love the people and culture of Mexico. I have also travelled to India, Nepal, London and Paris. The Cook Islands is one of my favorite destinations. I have encouraged my children to travel the world, and see as much as they can of the countries and cultures abroad. The act of traveling takes on so many different meanings to different people. I hope I can find that place for you.
