Jesus lizards, and howler monkeys and iguanas, oh my!
Costa Rica is the poster child for eco-tourism. It has beaches, volcanoes, and rain forests; howler, spider, and white-faced monkeys; sloth’s and coatis; caimans and crocodiles, green tortoises, green iguanas and lizards that walk on water. It has hundreds of species of birds, including toucans, whistling ducks, roseate spoonbills, hummingbirds, parrots, kingfishers, the rare green macaw, and the rarer quetzal. There are a mulitude of ways to travel this wonderous country . . . a tour that gives you the chance to see all these things (and more), or an independent experience which allows you to design your own tour. So whatever your preference check with one of the Azumano Specialists for more information.
