 This
tour begins by winding through the streets of downtown, Old Town,
Chinatown and the forested West Hills overlooking downtown Portland.
In sprawling Washington Park you'll visit the world-renowned International
Rose Test Garden.
Next, the tour will take you to the magnificent Pittock Mansion,
nestled in the West Hills of Portland. Tour this French Renaissance
mansion built in 1909 and relish the panoramic view of snow capped
peaks of the Cascades, the Willamette River, Columbia River and
Portland from the mansion's garden. Continue through the tree-lined
streets of the Portland Heights residential area before heading
back into downtown Portland.

Gorge Scenic Highway, stop at the Bonneville Dam Visitors Center
and Fish Hatchery. Along the way visit the powerful, yet graceful
Multnomah Falls up close and see the breath-taking viewpoint at
Crown Point Vista.

 Mt.
Hood is the tallest mountain in Oregon at 11,239 feet above sea
level. The tour will take you to Timberline Lodge located at the
6500 foot level. This historic lodge was built completely by hand
in the 1930's and has great photo opportunities with the majestic
Mt. Hood peak in the background. There is a formal dining room and
a casual coffee shop for you to have lunch while visiting. On the
East Side of the Mountain, you will be stopping in the Hood River
Valley, a place famous for apple and pear orchards as well as world-class
wind surfing.
Next is the towering Multnomah Falls. At 620 feet tall, it is the
tallest waterfall in Oregon and one of the highest in the United
States. Return to Portland following along the old scenic highway
to Crown Point, where from high above the mighty river you are treated
to a 35-mile long panoramic view.
